We proactively monitor and maintain your server* and workstations**, perform on-going health checks, apply Window updates, protect against viruses, and more. We’ll catch (and fix) the little problems before they become big ones – in many cases before you’re even aware that there’s an issue.

*Server defined as a computer installed with Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, or 2022
**Workstation defined as a computer installed with Windows 8.1, 10, or 11

We keep tabs on your network activity around the clock, and when a system or function fails, our support team will investigate. Once the problem is identified, we’ll work to fix it — in many cases before you realize there’s an issue.

We actively monitor the subscribed workstations. When an issue arises, our support team will investigate. Once the problem is identified, we’ll work to fix it. We also send you a monthly health report.

During your office hours, contact our support team via phone or email to answer your technology questions regarding any covered server or workstation. We will provide fast, professional support.

Optional Server & Workstation Health Check

One-time fee based IT environment health check is available for server(s) and workstations. Agents will be installed on selected server(s) and workstations capturing current information on the status of current operating information (i.e. disk space, memory, Windows update status). A troubleshooting report will be provided to you within 24-48 hours after data collection. For an additional fee, DataHEALTH will correct identified issues.
